Australian Tea Tree Oil Day Six- Final Recipe to try before my tomoson deadline....

The final recipe to try for this blogging series, is the Topical Tea Tree Oil Recipe.

This is to be used sparingly as it is very potent. Once you make it, it is one you will not forget, and will use a lot. This could also be used as a hostess gift, etc..... Australian Tea Tree Oil Day Five- Tea Tree Oil Dryer Sheets

The pictures above are from the booklet I got the recipe from, and the picture s of what it took to put this together. All and all I think it went over well, but I do recommend getting pre-cut squares to make it go faster.

I have never been so happy to sit down, as cutting fabric took its toll on my back from being bent over. One yard of fabric made quite a few squares. So be prepared with one yard. This would make a great gift for a college student, or a new bride, etc...

Australian Tea Tree Oil Day Four- Tea Tree Oil Oven Cleaner

Today's recipe is the Tea Tree Oil Oven Cleaner.

This was one of the easier recipes to put together on the fly with proper ingredients. For a more mild scent, you might try a citrus or floral scent.  For this recipe it actually called  for lemon essential oil, but an orange might be just as nice. I think a chamomile , lavender, or rose would be good also.

With this test you get to see the use for it below:

The door may look funky in the picture and it was definitely in person. But after application and rinse, it is not near as funky now. The next to tackle is the inside of the oven at a later date. But this paste does truly work. It does take a lot of elbow grease to clean the oven, but in the end it is well worth the time you put into cleaning it. You take care of your oven, and it will bring you plenty of joy later on.

Australian Tea Tree Oil Day Three- Tea Tree Oil Toilet Cleaner

Today I chose to make the tea tree oil toilet cleaner from the booklet.

Here is what it took to get it made today.(I made it for my mom to try out at her home.) :

When it comes to the scent, with the lemon it is a bit strong. It does foam up quite a bit when put together, so please be careful during assembly. It will separate when it sits for a bit, but you just need to tighten the cap and shake to combine again. As it is strong, remember to loosen the cap a bit so there are no pressure issues, where you store it.

I think a rose or lavender scent would be nice also, but not near as strong. So  that might be a consideration for an alternative scent. You can adjust the recipe accordingly. I recommend that after you have made it correctly the first time.

Australian Tea Tree Oil Day Two.... Sleepy Time Diffuser

Today's recipe I tried out in the land of #teatreeoil was the Sleepy Time Diffuser.

I have to say this is one of the most mild scents I have dealt with, and I have had quite a few diffusers over the years in my home.

Australian Tea Tree Oil-Including Free Recipe Guide Review $ - Recipe One: Tea Tree Oil Air Mist

Today begins the 5 day recipe testing for the Australian Tea Tree Oil, that I received as part of a paid advertorial.

The first recipe up is the Tea Tree Oil Air Mist: The recipe is pictured below with the cover of the guide I received.

Also pictured is the box the oil came in when I received it.

Please remember to read the box carefully, as it does have a warning posted.

Also remember to read an instructions or recommendations that are on the bottle or box.

I was really surprised at how mild the scent was when I sprayed it for the first time after putting it together.

There was just one difference in the recipe, the vodka I had was a vanilla scented by Smirnoff. That would account for the mellow scent I guess. Which was a great side effect. (I used what I had in my home, which just happened to be scented, but plain unscented would work just as well, and not give such an undertone of sweet smell.I don't know anyone who would reject a sweet smell in an air freshener.)

When you make this for the first time though, please follow the recipe exactly, so you know how it will smell with the correct ingredients.(Unless you have circumstances that will not permit it. You can always alter later on to fit your scent palette.)
