The top pictures are from July 29th and the first lunch of salmon.
That is when I decided instead of couscous, I would do a Moroccan
spiced tartar sauce for the salmon piece.
It actually came out rather good and yummy surprisingly.
Today July 30th was the what to do with the left over tartar sauce.
So out came the other piece of salmon and some sunny d and water.
The sunny d and water add to the moisture factor and a bit of flavor.
