Day Four of the #ApexNatural- Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract - Natural Weight Loss Supplement

Four days in and the progression is small. I am hopeful I can get on the other side of 230 soon.

Today's weight is 231.6

But every step whether small or large, is progress in the right direction.

As with any supplement I blog about I monitor my weight and I also follow the directions to the letter. ( following the directions is key.)

In this Oklahoma heat though, keeping up with the water intake is very important as we approach the triple digits this summer.
